LSS laparoscopy course Grade1 Level1
Laparoscopic Surgical Skills (see www.lss-surgical.eu ) was founded with the aim to improve the training, education, assessment and to provide LSS accreditation for technology dependent surgical procedures such as laparoscopy. LSS is supported by the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (EAES).
This course Grade 1 Level 1, aims to teach to participants the basic laparoscopic skills, and the procedures of laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendectomy. Our course is listed on the LSS web site, at the Course page.
Registered participants will receive a pre-course study material and will have to pass a pre-course assessment. After the course, they'll have to pass the Final assessment, and to send to LSS a CD with a laparoscopic cholecystectomy and an appendectomy procedure they've done themselves. Final assessment and obtaining the LSS accreditation certificate costs 500 Euros, but due to the UEG Grant we have, participants will pay only 200 Euros.
Please don't hesitate to contact the EFISDS secretariat for any questions.
